Camp Fuji Health Detachment

About Us

We’re a detachment of NMRTU Atsugi, located at CATC Camp Fuji. The detachment provides primary health services, minimal ancillary services, and medical readiness services to active duty service members stationed and deployed to CATC Camp Fuji. Specialists are located at U.S. Naval Hospital Yokosuka, two hours from CATC Camp Fuji. The Green Line shuttle is available for transport to Yokosuka; otherwise, round-trip toll is ¥2,200, paid out-of-pocket.

Our Services

Primary Care Clinic

Patients are seen by appointment only. After hours, call 315-224-8338 for medical consultation.

Emergency Care

Clinic personnel respond to medical emergencies on base, but the clinic does not provide emergency services. We rely on NH Yokosuka and host nation facilities for emergency care. We will transport patients to them during an emergency.

Pharmacy

The pharmacy is restricted to active duty service members only. We are a small detachment and stock a limited number of medications. For more information, please call 315-224-8338.

Laboratory

Military identification cards are required to ensure patients’ identity. The laboratory cannot disclose test results due to follow-up care that may be necessary. The provider will contact you with results.

Radiology

Fuji’s radiology department offers diagnostic X-rays. To request images from a previous treatment facility, please download and complete DD Form 877 and bring it to radiology.

Immunizations

Immunizations are given on a walk-in, first come, first serve basis.
