Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.  
You may still use the
MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill your prescriptions.  
You may report issues to the DHA Global Service Center by calling 800-600-9332.

Lab Services

The laboratory conducts outpatient specimen collections. Typically, your doctor will order lab tests through the hospital's computer system. All you need to bring when you visit the lab is your identification card. For certain special tests, your doctor or clinic may provide you with a paper lab request that you should bring.

To verify that your provider has submitted your orders or to inquire about test results, call the ordering clinic. The laboratory can’t provide results over the phone or in printed form.

For the three hour glucose tolerance test or a semen analysis, you must make an appointment.
