Pharmacy and Prescription Refills
To request refills online, visit the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal. (Note: You'll have to complete self-registration to use this service). Eligible beneficiaries as determined by DEERS, including civilian-pay patients, can use this service.

Prescription Pickup
Refills can be picked up Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., at the Yokosuka core facility only. The pharmacy is closed on weekends and all major U.S. holidays. Please take a “refill” ticket at the ticketing machine by window four. Please contact your local pharmacy to find out the hours for a specific branch health clinic.

Request New or Renewed prescriptions to be filled before arrival with QAnywhere, using the QR code or link below. Please allow the pharmacy two hours to fill your order. QAnywhere request hours are Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Getting Prescriptions Sent to Naval Hospital Yokosuka
New prescriptions from non-military treatment facility providers can be electronically prescribed. Please see the e-Rx information below for your provider to use.
TRICARE Mail Order Pharmacy (TMOP)
TRICARE beneficiaries may also request their prescriptions to be filled via
TRICARE Mail Order Pharmacy. TMOP services are only available overseas to TRICARE beneficiaries with a valid FPO/APO address reflected in the Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System. You can check what medications are available for TMOP using the
TRICARE Formulary Search. Medications that need refrigeration can’t be shipped overseas using TMOP.
