The most recent appropriations for the Department of War expired at 11:59 p.m. EST on September 30, 2025. Military personnel will continue in a normal duty status without pay until such time as a continuing resolution or appropriations are passed by Congress and signed into law. Civilian personnel not engaged in excepted activities will be placed in a non-work, non-pay status.

Health Services

Audiology and Occupational Audiology Clinics 

We provide services for diagnosis of hearing loss, tinnitus, and balance disorders to active duty service members, dependents, retirees, and other space-available populations. We also prescribe and fit hearing aids for active duty service members and prescribe hearing aids for retirees on a space-available basis.   

Our clinic manages hearing conservation programs for active duty service members and civilian workers who are overexposed to hazardous noise. Other services include work site visits, training, outreach events, and hearing protection fittings.
