Cancer screening
Chlamydia Screening
Acute Bronchitis (adults)
Diabetes
Low Back Pain
Pediatric (pharyngitis, upper respiratory infection, well child visit)
Mental Health (depression, on medication, follow-up visits at 7 days and 30 days on discharge
